あの頃へ是一首帶著滿滿回憶、鄉愁、希冀卻又無奈的歌。
安全地帶成員都是北海道出身，成長於旭川市，國中時代已經各自組織樂團。1978年組成自主樂團的業餘時期一度多至八名成員，1982年正式出道而至今維持的五人組合是: 玉置浩二(Vocal) 、矢萩渉(Guitar)、武沢侑昂(Guitar)、六土開正(Bass, Piano and Keyboards)、田中裕二(Drums)。
1992年あの頃へ（朝向那個時候）這首歌推出Singles細碟時，相距上一張唱片「安全地帶VIII~太陽」差不多一整年。同時，他們離鄉到東京發展已經十年; 一共推出8張大碟連同22張Singles、在日本本土連同海外(香港)辦過數次巡迴演唱、上過NHK紅白歌合戰、玉置浩二拍過電影電視、各人也曾個別作其他的音樂活動後再重組出唱片; 種種轉折, 五色眩目...
這裡有連結的現場演出是來自是安全地帶出道十週年的Unplugged演唱會最後一場, 1992年12月26日在神奈川縣民會堂。按錄影製作的吉田恆星導演說, 其實在這之先的武道館場次已錄下了但玉置浩二最後決定不用; 現在出來的神奈川場次就像是奇蹟般傳送著當天的究極現場氣氛。
在DVD的簡介內附有玉置浩二的感言:
去年がちょうど安全地帯の10周年で、コンサートも最初の頃みたいにバントの5人だけでやってたんですよ。今まで曲をやるんだったらアコースティックだということで、サボート・メンバーを全く入れずに、昔がよかったという懐古的な気分じゃなくて、10年いろいろやってきましたから5人だけでやりたかったんですよ、ステージの上で闘ってる感じだった。最後に辿り着いたステージが12月26日の神奈川だったんです。最後の「あの頃へ」という曲で、メンバーに内緒で雪降らせたんですよ、学芸会やなんかで降らす紙吹雪みたいなの。それが、延々20分続きますとね、今頃、故郷は雪が降ってるんだなと思うと、涙が出てくるんですよ。ツアー自体がそういう感じていけてよかったなと思った。それが終わったときみんな泣いてましたから。いい10年の締めだった。

It was during the last number Ano Koroe (あの頃へ), just like what was done in school plays, fake paper snow were falling on stage and band members were not informed about it earlier. The paper snow falls for as long as 20 minutes. Thinking that our hometown should be also snowing then, my tears run out. How wonderful if such feeling got transmitted in the entire concert tour.
